It’s hard to be a stray dog in a shelter waiting to be adopted. Age only exacerbates the difficulty.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of people who want small dogs or puppies. Big dogs are not very popular. It breaks my heart because big dogs have so much love to give.

A large beagle was given away for free on Facebook and was in desperate need of a new home, according to The Dodo.

Mabel was in a bad mood when she posted on Facebook that she was available. She was smelly, her nails were long, and she looked defeated. Despite this, Taylor and her boyfriend were keen to adopt her.

Taylor and her boyfriend drove three hours to pick up Mabel because the flyer said she needed to leave by the weekend.

Taylor soon realized that Mabel’s life was not easy. Regardless, the big dog seemed relieved to be saved.

Mabel spent her first few days sleeping in her new home. The maple tree, on the other hand, is gradually starting to come out of its shell and adapt to its new surroundings. Cooper, Taylor’s other rescue dog, helped with the transition. Cooper and Mabel met and clicked instantly. He helped the shy old woman come out of her shell and accept her new love life.

“She started out as a really closed, shy dog, and now she wants to explore everything,” Taylor described Mabel’s transformation into a dodo.

Mabel’s life has changed dramatically as she focuses on living her best life with her new best friend. You celebrated your first anniversary of Gotcha Day with the people you love most!

It’s amazing how the power of love can completely change someone’s life, especially an animal’s life.
