Ultimately, the vet had to perform an emergency caesarean section to ensure the safe arrival of the puppies. Thankfully, the six little pups—Alf, Porridge, Gabriel, Snowy, Jemima, and Little Blue—were born healthy and happy on September 22 at Village Vets in Hampstead.
For Fiona and her family, this unexpected adventure was filled with ups and downs. However, the love and joy brought by these adorable puppies made it all worth it. While it will be heart-wrenching to see them go, the family has decided to give away all the puppies except for Porridge.
“It will be traumatic to see them go,” Fiona remarked, “but I think Frosty might actually be a bit relieved to get some peace.”
The Sutton family, including their children who have been busy cuddling and playing with the puppies, will undoubtedly miss their furry companions. Still, they take solace in knowing that the puppies will be going to good homes, as many friends and acquaintances have expressed interest in adopting these bundles of joy.
