Harbin Li Liu Small Animals Rescue Camp received an urgent call for help from a scenic spot where a severely injured dog was struggling to survive. Witnesses had seen the dog collapse, its emaciated body covered in wounds. The eyewitnesses recounted how the dog had evaded capture by hiding under a fence from someone on an electric bike. Two brave sisters had stayed behind to ensure the dog wasn’t harmed further until rescue arrived.
