Car accidents can be devastating, and they can also impact innocent animals who are just going about their day. One golden retriever recently found itself in a difficult situation after being hit by a car and fracturing its hind leg. But thankfully, a kind-hearted individual was there to save the day.
Jianjie Lin was walking along the street when she saw the injured dog struggling to move. Knowing she had to act quickly, she transported the dog to the hospital, where it underwent a surgical procedure to amputate the leg. Despite the trauma the dog had gone through, it expressed great joy upon seeing Jianjie during her hospital visit.
Approximately one week after the procedure, the dog was discharged from the hospital, and Jianjie was able to take him home. However, the dog still needed to remain in a crate for some time to prevent the wound from reopening.
Despite the dog’s injury, it was eager to show its gratitude to Jianjie, and it did so in the most loving way possible – with kisses. The dog’s affectionate gesture melted Jianjie’s heart, and she knew that she had done the right thing by saving its life.
It’s heartwarming to see animals show such love and gratitude towards those who have helped them. In this case, the golden retriever’s kisses were a reminder that our actions can have a significant impact on the lives of those around us.
