No animal should be subjected to cruel treatment; however, this is often the truth for many domestic furry pets who have to suffer unjustly from hostility and poor living conditions that irresponsible owners put on them.

This was the situation with a dog in Mexico City, who was constantly chained outside his family home, no matter how hard he poured. In fact, it was captured on tape in the middle of a violent rain with hail, and the dog was wrapping himself in his body to defend himself.

His owners do not seem to notice how cold he was or what he had to endure there. However, a neighbor took the footage and uploaded it to his Twitter account in order to charge and hopefully some authorities will intervene.

“Once again I want to inform my neighbors that regardless of the weather or the storm, they leave Leo outdoors. Animal welfare agency, please help him, mayor Gustavo A. Madero, ” noted the person identified as @ JC real__.

So the animal control brigade official, Letty Varela, stated that her Twitter account, along with the rest, continued to rescue dogs. “Comrades from the animal control brigade of the Secretariat for the security of citizens in Mexico City, talked to us and convinced us . The dog was previously rescued from the terrible conditions in which he was, and is currently being followed and cared for by our doctors. “Enough with animal cruelty,” she added.

“Together we change tales. What a pride it was to rescue this dog yesterday and today to make him calm, loving and happy . Thanks to all my colleagues from the animal control brigade for his dedication and work, ” he said in another post, where you can note the tremendous transformation that this puppy has undergone, which will now have a brighter future.
